In a major development that affects the owners of cars in Delhi, a new base was forced by the Delhi government, which is valid from July 1, the population to sell their old cars at significantly reduced prices. The list, which aims to curb pollution, states that diesel compounds over the age of 10 and gasoline vehicles over 15 years will not receive fuel. This guidance follows an order by the CAQM Committee.

One of these affected individuals is the Varun VIJ, who had to sell the dear Mercedes ML350, which he bought for 84 Cham rupees in 2015, for only 2.5 rupees. Fig, who lives in Delhi, described the emotional losses of separation with the car that carries a great emotional value for his family.

Although it is in excellent condition and after it recorded 1.35 km kilometers, the car had to be sold because of the new list that left it without another viable option.

Fig narrated the joy that his family felt when they bought the luxury car, calling weekly flights to capture his son from the youth house – a trip that spanned 7 to 8 hours.

Despite its service that lasted for a decade, the car requires minimal maintenance, and is limited to tire alternatives and regular service.

Feg participated that no one was ready to buy the car even for 2.5 rupees for Cham, so because of the coercion and the lack of options, he had to sell it – despite its operation after 1.35 km. He was hoping to renew it, but unfortunately, it didn’t happen.

In the face of the inevitability of the new base, VIJ has now invested in a 62 -headed electric car, hoping to avoid similar restrictions in the future. Nowadays, his dream is to drive his car for at least 20 years – no new government policy will enter into force. He participated that he was receiving calls from many people who also own 10 -year -old cars and are now looking to sell them.
