Who is Premanand Maharaj?
Premanand Maharaj was born in Kanbur, in the Brahamin family. The name of his birth was Enirud Kumar Bandy. His father, a Bandy shampoo and his mother, Shimati Rami Devi, raised him in a religious environment. His grandfather first embraced Sanas. His father was a lover and his older brother read Bhagwat Gita every day.
From a very early age, Premanand Maharaj has shown interest in spirituality. While other children played games, he spent time to meditate, chant and listen to the stories of the saints and the Bible. At only 13 years old, he left his house to walk on the spiritual road. He continued in the footsteps of his grandfather and became Sanasi.
A turning point came on his journey when he got to know Ras at night, the divine dance of her Radha and Crishna, by a saint. This moment, his life deeply changed. Then he moved to Frendavan, where he started his spiritual practices in the Pank Bihari Temple.
Over time, the teachings of Premanand Maharaj began and her presence in attracting more and more people. On Instagram, he has more than twenty million followers. On YouTube, his channel crossed two million subscribers.
