Every morning at 8 am, schools in Thailand stop to the national anthem, while students remain respected. But a recent video from a Thai school has become a virus for a honest reason. Originally on Tiktok, the clip shows a young student freezing in the middle of walking with the start of the hymn. Instead of finishing his steps and then standing steadfast, stopped in the middle of the movement, as if it were frozen in time. The scene immediately reminded viewers of the famous challenge “Red and Green Light” from the Squid game from Netflix.
The Thai student freezes during the national anthem
At first glance, it looks like a fixed picture. The viewers only realize that it is a video clip when students and other teachers can see in the background. Once the national anthem ends, it simply reduces his leg and walks again as if nothing had happened.
How was the internet reaction with the viral video
A user reaction to the post, “loves his country.”
Another suggested, “This photo should be framing by school. The youngsters seem like a painting. Very patriotic.”
“It took the boy to stand steadfast during the hymn” seriously. “
“Now we know who is late for the chapter.”
Another simple male, “squid game”
Another one added, “It is literally the emojis walking.”
Similar to a viral had gone last year as well. In this clip, a frozen student was seen in place, the right arm extends forward holding a bottle of water, and raising one foot in the air. The most entertaining moment came when another student was walking behind him, and he raised laughter, and decided to record the scene. However, the boy remained completely fixed until the hymn ended, before resuming his gait as if nothing happened.
The teacher said that if he hears the national anthem to stop immediately
History of the national anthem in Thailand
According to the National Anthem Info, the Thai national anthem is broadcast worldwide every day at 8 am and 6 pm, and it is interesting that the country has gone through several versions of its hymn over the years. The first, Joom Raj Jong Charwin, written by PHRAYA SRI SUNHORNVOHARN and his adaptation of a composition created by two British officers who trained the Thai military division. Later, the second anthem, Polan Louis Lewin, was written and written by King Rama II. The third performance, PHleng Sansasoen PHRA BARAMI, is still the royal anthem today, although it stopped the national anthem after the 1932 coup.
