  • Step 7: Cook it for 8-10 minutes until the potatoes absorb the taste of whey properly. When the gravy becomes a little thick, turn off the gas.
  • Step 8: Add some green coriander on top and cover it and keep it for 2 minutes until the flavor takes hold.
