A woman from UP was caught on camera repeatedly slapping a security guard inside an apartment complex. The incident reportedly took place at Presetum Society in Sector 25 in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The footage shows the woman grabbing the guard by the collar before hitting him several times. She then drags him out of the building and continues slapping him.
Greater Noida once again security guard Rajkumar Yadav of Presetum Society lodged a complaint with Dhankur police station after he was beaten and abused by a female resident of the society without any provocation. The Internet calls it a “shameful act”
The video was uploaded to social media platform X, where it quickly went viral.
One user wrote: “Disgraceful behavior by women after they also play the victim and security will be harmed. All the blame shifts to the bad security guard.”
Another wrote: “Where has the humanity gone within the people of Noida? It is beyond comprehension.”
One comment read: “Strict action must be taken against that lady! Assaulting a poor man doing his job is extremely shameful.”
Someone said: “No gender is weak or strong. It is their position in the hierarchy of power in society. No one is generally a saint or a victim. Justice is compromised even if the right and freedom of one individual is violated. Law and judiciary must quickly catch up to avoid chaos in society. Equal protection.”
A user shared, “A lady resident of our association slapped our security staff. The excuse is that he did not open the gate when they honked the horn. The lady was a BMC engineer and her husband (I don’t know what he does), but they were both very abusive. We called a residents’ meeting and said hello to the lady.”
The guard speaks
Rajkumar Yadav, a security guard, told ABP News that he was stationed in Tower 7 of Prestum Society for the past month and was attacked without provocation by resident Anju Sharma while on duty on Saturday evening.
The agency said that Yadav, a native of Ghazipur in Uttar Pradesh, works for a local security agency.
After the assault, he went to Dinkawar police station along with other residents of the community to file a complaint about the woman.
Yadav claimed that when people tried to save him, the woman also misbehaved with them.
Police officials confirmed that a case has been registered in connection with the incident.
