A father’s confrontation with teachers in a Gurugram school has sparked strong reactions online after he accused them of breaking his daughter’s bones. The incident left many viewers stunned as the man recorded the entire conversation inside the school building.
The encounter took place at Lady Florence School in Gurugram district of Haryana and the video was uploaded by Kashish Sethi, a resident of Gurugram. The clip, which was shared a day ago, has been reposted by multiple Instagram pages and is being widely discussed on how teachers are responding to the father’s allegations. His seven-year-old son reportedly suffered two fractures due to lack of supervision and failure to monitor traffic while school was dispersed. After the injuries, there was a delay in providing medical aid as well.
“How do I break my daughter’s bones?”: The father records the confrontation inside the school
The video shows the father standing in the corridor and questioning a group of teachers. He repeatedly asks, “Jawab dijiye na. Aapne meri beti ki haddi todi hai paer ki. Jawab dije. 2-2 haddi todi hai (Give me an answer. I have broken my daughter’s leg bones. Answer me. Both bones are broken).”
When one of the teachers tries to walk away, he follows her and says: “Ab kaha ja rahe ho aap bhag ke? Videobanaiye na madam (Where are you running to now? Record the video, ma’am).”
Then he turns to the other teacher and asks: “Han Ji ma’am, you’re saying something too. Where are you going? You’re all school employees, why are you running?)”
While the teacher avoids eye contact, he continues: “Kya ho gaya madam mu kyu mod rahe ho? (What happened, ma’am, why are you turning your face away?)”
Then the man adds: “Banaiye na video, meri beti ki 2 paer ki haddi kaise tod di aap logo ne? Idhar dekh kar baat jijiye.
The camera also shows the second guru drinking water from a dispenser and then re-entering the frame and saying, “Human being nor nature khatam ho gaya hai kya? Kayes baat kar rah hai hai ye? (Is basic human nature over? How does he speak?)”
The father replies, “Nature? My daughter’s bones are broken. What will my nature do? You are not sitting on a wooden stick. You are sitting in a stupid bank and watching the video. You are watching the video. Look how involved these people are. Chor market is working all morning in Gurugram. Lady Florence School is on Madanpuri Road (Nature? Two bones in my daughter are broken. What will my nature do? Speak. You sit silently and make videos of us doing such acts openly in Gurugram.
Then the teachers walk towards the principal’s room. Someone tries to close the door but the father stops her, saying: “Gate kyu bandh kar rahe ho? Pita hu mai uska. Meri beti ka paer tuta hai (Why are you closing the gate? I am her father. My daughter’s leg is broken).”
Inside the room, a man asks him to calm down. The manager instead of speaking directly to the father, says to the other man, “Aap apna purpose solution kariyega. Pehle to offline baat hoti hai na (Please solve your purpose. First, matters are discussed offline).”
The father replies: “Video toh aapki ye madam Bana rahi hai. Ulti Ganga beh rahi hai.” (Madam is recording the video. Everything is upside down.)” Then the director leaves the room.

Viewers react strongly to the teachers’ behavior
Since the clip went viral, many users have shared their frustration and anger in the comments section.
One person wrote: “How irresponsible. Teacher h ye ya chor h Jo muh chupa chupa ke bhag rahi hai (Is she a teacher or a thief, running away while hiding her face?).”
Another commented: “This is exactly why India’s education system is so backwards. These so-called ‘qualified’ teachers behave so badly. They take out their personal frustrations on innocent children and call it ‘discipline’, then expect respect on top of that.”
Another person said: “It is very unfortunate. Teachers should own up to their mistake instead of adding misery to the family. It is time to train teachers in every school to act responsibly.”
“An FIR should be lodged against them,” one person demanded, while one person wrote: “Karo suspension.”
Gurugram Police response
As the video continued to spread, Gurugram Police issued a response to X (formerly Twitter). They asked the father to either file a report with the relevant police station or share his contact details with them via direct messages.
They also confirmed that they will contact us soon to take the necessary measures.
