Things to keep in mind while preparing garlic paratha

1. Flour quality
The taste and softness of paratha depends on the flour. The flour must be mixed with an appropriate amount of water and kneaded. Dough that is too hard or too soft does not allow the paratha to rise properly.

2. Balance garlic
Using garlic in the right amount improves the taste, but adding too much of it can make the paratha bitter or spicy. Generally 10-12 buds are enough.

3. Flame control
Paratha should be cooked over medium heat. On high flame, the paratha may burn on the outside and remain raw on the inside. When cooked on medium heat, the paratha becomes golden brown and crispy on both sides.

4. Maintain freshness
Serve the paratha immediately. If kept longer, its taste and crispness may decrease.

5. Experiment with variants
If you want, you can change the taste by adding a little coriander, cumin or black pepper powder to the flour. These parathas will give a new taste every time and the pleasure of eating them will be double.

Not only are garlic parathas excellent in taste, but they also give the body warmth and energy. The making process is simple and suitable for people of all ages. Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, this dish can be served for every occasion.
