– Paneer – 2 cups (cut into cubes)
– Coriander leaves – 1 cup
– Yogurt – 2 tablespoons
– Mint – half a cup
– Green pepper – 2
– Turmeric powder – half a teaspoon
– Ginger – 1 teaspoon grated
– Garlic – 1 teaspoon, finely chopped
– Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
– Ground cumin – half a teaspoon
– Red hot pepper – half a teaspoon
Mango powder – half a teaspoon
– Gram flour – 1 teaspoon
– Salt – to taste
– Garam Masala – half a teaspoon
– Oil – as desired
– Lemon juice – 2 teaspoons

How to prepare (step by step recipe)

1. Preparing the green paste:
First, wash the coriander and mint well, then put them in a blender bowl. Add green chilli, ginger and garlic in it. Grind everything well and make a smooth paste.

2. Preparing the marinade:
Add the curd to a bowl. Add the prepared green mixture to it.
Now mix turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli, dry mango powder, garam masala and salt.
Add chickpea flour and lemon juice to it and make the mixture smooth.

3. Paneer mix:
Mix the paneer cubes in the marinade gently so that they do not break.
Cover the pot and leave it aside for about 30 minutes. This way the spices dissolve well in the cheese.

4. Cook food in the pan:
Heat the pan, then grease it with some oil.
Place the marinated paneer cubes in the pan and cook until golden on both sides.
When there is a slight crunch, remove it into a plate.
