Ingredients needed to prepare aloo paratha
– Wheat flour – 2 cups
-3-4 boiled potatoes (medium size)
– Green hot pepper – 1 – 2 (finely chopped)
– Ginger – 1 teaspoon (grated)
– Green coriander – 2 teaspoons (finely chopped)
– Salt – to taste
– Red hot pepper powder – half a teaspoon
– Ground coriander – 1 teaspoon
– Garam Masala – half a teaspoon
– Oil or ghee – as desired
– Water – as needed
An easy way to prepare aloo paratha
1. First, put the wheat flour in a large plate or bowl and add a little salt to it. Now add water slowly and knead the smooth dough. Do not keep the dough too stiff, otherwise the paratha will not be prepared properly. After kneading the dough, cover it and leave it for 15-20 minutes, this makes the paratha more tender.
2. Now peel the boiled potatoes and mash them well in a bowl. Keep in mind that there should be no lumps in the potatoes, otherwise the paratha may tear while rolling it. Add chopped green chillies, ginger, coriander, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix everything well so that the spices spread evenly throughout.
3. Now take a medium-sized ball of dough and roll it out lightly to form a bowl shape. Add the prepared potato filling to it, gather the edges and close it well. After that, add a little dry flour and roll it into a circular shape.

4. Now put the frying pan on the gas and leave it until it heats up well. When the pan is hot, add the parathas to it. When one side is slightly cooked, flip it over and cook the other side as well. Now put a little ghee or oil on both sides and fry it until it turns golden. Prepare all parathas in the same way.
