An easy way to prepare sesame kheer
– First, put the milk in a deep bowl and leave it until it boils over medium heat. Keep stirring the milk from time to time so that it does not stick to the bottom. Let the milk thicken a little.

– Now take a separate frying pan and fry the sesame seeds a little without ghee or oil. While roasting sesame seeds, keep in mind that they should not burn, just start emitting a slight smell and change color slightly, then turn off the gas.

– After that, add some ghee to the same pan, mix the dry fruits and cashews, and stir until golden. This will give a good and crunchy taste to the kheer.

– When the milk reduces a little and begins to thicken, add the toasted sesame to it. Also add condensed milk and dry fruits. Now let the kheer cook on low heat for 10 minutes and keep stirring constantly.

– Now add dates to it for sweetness. If you do not like too much sweetness, you can increase or decrease the amount of dates according to your requirements. After adding the jaggery, cook the kheer for an additional 3-4 minutes until it dissolves well.

Finally, add the ground almonds and turn off the gas. Your sesame kheer is now ready. You can serve it hot or eat it slightly cold.

Things to consider while eating sesame
Sesame is considered the best for the winter, but you should avoid eating it in large quantities in the summer. Sesame seeds are spicy in nature, so eating them in large quantities can increase body temperature. It is best to give it to young children and the elderly in a limited quantity only.

Why is sesame made at home better?
Market sweets often contain more sugar and preservatives, while home-made sesame kheer is pure and fresh. In this you can balance sweetness with dry fruits as per your choice. This is why it is hygienic and reliable.
