Ingredients needed to make water pakoda
For pakoda
-Gram flour – a cup and a half
– Turmeric powder – half a teaspoon
-Salt to taste
– Ground red pepper – 1 teaspoon
– Celery – half a teaspoon
– Baking soda – small amount
– Coriander leaves – 2 teaspoons
– Green hot pepper – 1-2, finely chopped
– Onion – 1 small size, finely chopped
– Oil – for frying
For green sauce
– Coriander leaves – 1 cup
– Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
– Green pepper – 1-2
-Ginger – 1 inch piece
– Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
– Water – as desired
Hot masala water:
– Ice cubes – 1/2 cup
– Water – as desired
– Sweet sauce – 2 tablespoons
– Tamarind pieces – 2-3
– Raw and chopped mango – 1/2 cup
– Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
– Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
– Black salt – 1/2 teaspoon
– Ground cumin – half a teaspoon
– Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon
– Asafoetida – a pinch
– Lemon pieces, coriander leaves, onion pieces – for garnish

How to make water pakoda
1. Prepare the pakora dough
Add chickpea flour, turmeric powder, salt, red pepper, and celery in a large bowl. Prepare a thick paste by adding water little by little. Keep it aside for 10 minutes. Next, add baking soda, coriander leaves, chopped green chillies and onions to the mixture. Mix everything well and prepare the prepared pakoda mixture.
2. Fry pakoda
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Make small pakodas from the prepared mixture and fry them in hot oil. Fry the pakora until golden and crispy.
3. Prepare the green sauce
Add coriander leaves, mint, green chillies, ginger and lemon juice to a blender bowl. Add some water and mix. Your green sauce is ready.

4. Prepare the hot masala water
Remove the green sauce into a large bowl. Add ice cubes, water, sweet sauce, red pepper, black pepper, black salt, toasted cumin powder, chaat masala and asafoetida. Next, add the tamarind and raw mango and mix well. Finally, add salt, lemon pieces, half the onion, and coriander leaves. Keep it covered.
5. Submission
Place the fried pakodas in the prepared seasoned water. Garnish the dish by adding some coriander leaves and lemon slices. Hot, spicy and crunchy water pakoda is ready.
