The young man’s name is allegedly Gopal Sawant. Gopal is a resident of Chitkar Valley area of Pingoli village of Sindhudurg district. His mother sold vegetables on the sidewalk for many years. Whether it was sunshine, rain or cold, the mother would sit in the same place every day so that her son could do something great by studying. This mother’s hard work and sacrifice has paid off today. In the viral video, it can be seen that Gopal comes to his mother and tells her in a very simple way that he has been selected for the CRPF. At first the mother listens to him quietly.
