The video was shared with serious allegations
The video posted on the X website shows an elderly man and a younger person, believed to be his grandson, moving down the street on a motorcycle at night. According to the post, the incident occurred at Shivpuri Mohalla near Jageshwar Mandir in Palwal, Haryana. The post was shared with the title “Animal Cruelty Creates Unsafe Communities!”
She further claimed, “This old man is Hari Sharma. He is an abuser and murderer who picks up dogs from the area with the help of his grandson and throws them into the river. His entire family is involved in this. Evidence has been attached. Both of them should not be in the community. We request @police_haryana to take action against this family. The community does not need it. If any dog bites are reported from that area, this family should take responsibility and account. If anyone from this family gets bitten, government should refuse medical service, please spread this to Nearby animal welfare authorities and NGOs!!”
