Chunnis: a real taste
The true fun of Chole Tikki is hidden in its churches. There are two types of two prayers in this recipe – sharp mint sauce and other sweet mango sauce.

2. Add 1/4 teaspoon of cumin, 1/4 teaspoon of ascefa, 1 inch ginger and 2 green chili peppers and fry it lightly.
3. Add boiled gram, add the spices and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
4. During this time, add salt, red hot pepper, coriander powder, GARAM Masala and Indian dates water to bring acidity.

Crusty potatoes Tiki: an ideal crisis
For fragile tikki, it is necessary to choose the right potato. Take mountain potatoes or faded potatoes, because they are bright, which help make Tikki brittle.

3. Add salt and 3-4 tablespoons of corn floor and mix it well.

How to serve:
1. Keep the fried tikki in a plate.

3. Add the sauce (mint from mint and sweet from mango) with a spoon and decoration with fresh coriander.
