What will be required
-2 cup prepared Dosa Batter (Marketman or homemade)
-2 boiled potatoes, well mashed
-1 Exactly chopped onions
1 accurate chopped tomatoes
-1 Exactly chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped pepper accurately
-1/4 cup of grated islands
-2 teaspoon of chopped green coriander
-salt
-oil or ghee

2. Now add salt to taste and mix each mixture well. Keep in mind that vegetables and potatoes are well mixed with each other.

3. Now heat a non -stick tray or a gas frying pan. A little oil brush.

4. Take a bitter dough, pour it on the pan and spread it slowly in a circular shape. Do not reduce much, be sure to thick the light so that Outabam becomes soft from the inside and the light is fragile from the outside.

5. Now spread a mixture of potatoes and vegetables over this mixture. Press light hands so that it sticks well.

6. Add some oil or ghee everywhere and cook to the low flame. When the bottom becomes golden, then stir and bake on the other side.

7. After baking well on both sides, the ticket Otaam is ready.

Who serves?

You can eat this delicious otabam with coconut sauce, peanut sauce or sambar. If these things are not available at home, the tomato sauce or the sauce sauce-freezes with it.
