Bee, who shares her journey on social media, struggled for more than three years with unspecified allergic reactions. Its symptoms included painful cells, excessive allergies, severe stomach problems, and fatigue, all caused by common foods such as cheese, wheat bread, and even fresh vegetables.
“My body was slowly closed from the lack of nutrition,” Bee told newsweek. “I didn’t want to leave everything behind America, but I had no choice. I could have had more than three things, cauliflower, coconut, and chicken.”
A step that changed life
In November 2024, bee decided to move to Europe. To be amazed, her condition began to improve almost immediately. The Tiktok series, which documents itself to eat the foods that it once explained in the United States, such as pizza, pasta and even baked shrimp. To shock it, many of these elements no longer caused any allergic reactions.
This prompted the bees to the pits deeper. After multiple medical tests, she was diagnosed with MCAS stimulation syndrome, a rare condition where the body’s immune cells release excessive chemicals in response to visual threats, such as mold or toxins, which leads to allergic symptoms such as itching, vomiting, swelling and low blood pressure.
What is different now
Bee believes that its symptoms in the United States were associated with fungal toxins and toxic substances produced by mold, which can pollute food during bad storage or due to the weak food safety regulations. On the contrary, many European and Asian countries have more stringent controls for food quality and mold toxins, and may show the reason for the start of their body in recovery after the transition.
