A viral personal certificate from the state of Rajstistan, describing a man of “quarrels” and “offensive”, has captured social media users and sparked the debate

In India, the personality certificate is often required for official purposes, such as providing government jobs or completing administrative procedures. These certificates are usually released by local authorities such as wing consultants or a satirical village, and usually contained favorable data that attests to the behavior and reliability of the individual.
However, a recent case from Rajastan has turned this routine procedure into a viral feeling.
A certificate that caused laughter – anxiety
A picture of an unusually sharp personal certificate appeared on social media, originally published by an Instagram Santa_ta_jokes account. While the authenticity of the certificate is still unconfirmed, its joint coordination and official stamps indicate that it may be already real.
The concerned certificate was issued to Jian Chandra Perua, a resident of the village of Jaisengbura in the Dawsa area, Rajasthan, and signed by the village of Sarbanch on July 20, 2019.

General reaction via the Internet
The post collected over 1000 likes and many comments. While many users found it happy, others speculated the relationship between Sarpanch and Gyan Chandra.
One user commented: “This is what happens when your best companion becomes in Sarpanch” while another note, “Finally, a sincere personality!”
Many users have estimated the scarcity of such honesty in official documents, and they removed that this is a certificate “tested and installed” – unlike the positive public documents that were usually released.
Although the reason behind negative observations is still unclear, it is clear that this certificate may have led to the complexity of the official Jian Chandra issues. Whether it is issued in a state of attention, attention or real anxiety, it confirms how one official document can have long-term effects-and sometimes, virals walk for all wrong reasons.
