The newly elected RWA president shared his experience in dealing with such issues. He said that the group had to stop the WhatsApp chat due to toxic conversations. “WhatsApp collection has become so toxic that we had to close it. Now it’s strict ads.”
He added that the residents abuse the group frequently, so that some personal conversations are taking place there.
“People will call during the working hours who ask the plumbers instead of registering a ticket. People are trivial and unqualified, and most time. Some people used to use the RWA WhatsApp chat group as a personal chat for them, and the couple dragged their flat conversations until one of the other owners was called.”
