1. First, wash the radish well, then grate it. After grating the radish, gently squeeze it to remove excess water. If there is excess water in the radish, it may cause problems while kneading the dough.

2. Now put the rice flour in a large bowl. Add the squeezed radish, finely chopped green chillies, cumin, celery, salt and coriander leaves. Now mix all these things well so that the spices spread evenly everywhere.
