1. Prepare tofu and potatoes

Click the tofu lightly, remove the water and cut it into small cubes. Cut the potatoes into small cubes so that the size of both are almost equal.

2. Fry onions
Heat olive oil in a large, non -stick frying pan. Add onions and fry until light pink turns.

3. Mix vegetables

Now add green peas, tomatoes, ginger and green pepper. Keep moving it well and cook until the peas becomes smooth.

4. Add tofu and potatoes
Add chopped potatoes and tofu to the pan. Add half a cup of water together and add spices – salt, curry powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and hot pepper. Cover the pan and let it cook on the low flame for 15 minutes. If necessary, you can add more water.

5. A final touch
After 15 minutes, remove the cap and cook it until the water dries almost and the potatoes are not soft. Add lemon juice and mix well before the gas is turned off.

6. Preparing rap

Now heat the tortilla or nan lightly. Keep 1/6 filling in the middle and add the roasted cashew at the top. Add a tablespoon of tamarind sauce and wrap it like wrapping.

7. Service
Hot rap is ready. You can serve it with tea, green tea or juice.

1. If you want, you can also add a pepper or carrot to it.
2. Do not add hot pepper to children, and this will keep the taste lighter.
