– Minced chicken – 250 grams
– Mozzarella cheese – 100 grams (small cubes)
– Garlic – 2 tablespoons (chopped or paste)
– Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
– Green hot pepper – 2 (finely chopped)
– Green coriander – slightly chopped
– Bread crumbs – 1 cup
– Corn flour – 2 tablespoons
-Egg -1 (beaten)
– Ground black pepper – Half a teaspoon
– Chili flakes – 1 teaspoon
– Oregano – 1 teaspoon
– Salt – to taste

How to make
1. Prepare the mixture
Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl. Add onion, garlic, green pepper, green coriander, salt, black pepper, chili flakes and oregano. Now add 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs and corn flour. Mix well with hands until everything is spread evenly and the mixture is slightly sticky and holds together.
2. Make balls
Put some oil on your hands. Take a small portion of the chicken mixture and distribute it on the palm of the hand. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the middle. Make a round ball by closing it on all sides. Make sure the object is not visible from the outside.
3. Paint
First roll the prepared ball in dry corn flour. Then dip it in the beaten eggs. Finally, coat it well with bread crumbs. This will make the outer layer perfectly crispy.
4. Fry
Heat the oil in a frying pan. The oil should not be too strong. Add the balls over medium heat. Keep rotating slowly. Fry until it turns golden brown. It should be crispy on the outside and fully cooked on the inside.

– Oil temperature – If you put it in too hot oil, it will burn on the outside and may still be raw on the inside.
– Air fryer option -180°C. It becomes crispy in about 15 minutes. Flip once halfway through.
