A public school in Changhua County, Taiwan has been in the news all over the world these days. The reason is the unique graduation rule here, which people are surprised to know. In this school, students do not have to take an examination to obtain a graduation certificate, but they have to climb a 5-story high wall. In fact, this case concerns Ershui Junior High School in Taiwan. The tallest rock climbing wall in Taiwan is located on the campus of this school, and is approximately 15 meters high. This height is approximately equal to a five-story building. For the students who study here, this wall is not just a game but a requirement for graduation.

According to the school administration, six rock climbing lessons are offered to students every week. At the end of the year, when students successfully climb this high wall, their graduation certificate is signed. This means that if the wall is not standing, there will be no certification either. At first glance, this challenge is enough to scare any grown man, but the school students see it as a thrill, not a fear. The children say they are not afraid of rock climbing, they enjoy it. Many students even practice climbing with their parents in their spare time.
