A light-hearted but wildly popular social media series has taken the internet by storm, mixing childish curiosity with adult humour. The series, titled “LKG Mains,” created by Instagram creator “HaHa With Akash,” asked serious science questions at the LKG (lower kindergarten) level, and the, often hilariously illogical, answers have won millions of hearts online.
The latest video revolves around a seemingly innocent but puzzling question, “How does medicine know the location of pain in the human body? “How does medicine know where the pain is?” The responses, delivered with frank seriousness and enhanced by quirky animation and sound effects, left viewers in fits of laughter.
One user answered confidently: “The medicine is equipped with GPS.” But the most popular response was more creative: “When we tell the doctor where the pain is, the medicine hears it and goes straight there!” The clip has reportedly received more than 50,000 likes and 10,000 shares, while shared posts on Instagram have exceeded 20,000 views.
Akash, who is known for blending elements of comedy, science and animation, posed the question in a serious, sarcastic tone. He first presented the wrong answers, “GPS-enabled medicine,” before presenting the winning “logic.”

Social media users flooded the comments section with reactions such as: “I can’t stop laughing,” and “Now I will whisper to the doctor before taking the medicine!” Another commented: “Sir, you should be a science teacher!”
While similar jokes had appeared online earlier, including comparisons of medications to smartphones with location tracking, it was the kindergarten-style narrative that revived the trend. Akash had asked in previous videos: “Where does the sun go at night?” The viral response to it was “On shipping!”
Of course, science offers a completely different explanation. Pain signals are transmitted to the brain via the nervous system, and medications work by entering the bloodstream and acting on specific receptors to reduce pain or inflammation. But it’s this combination of scientific reality and childish silliness that has made the series a favorite in the “fun science” category.
