Bones and muscles

The body does not need to raise weight in space. Because of this, the muscles begin to weak and decrease bone density, especially in the spine, legs and hips. This increases the level of minerals in the body and also creates the possibility of kidney stones.

Eye effects
Eyes formation also changes in gravity. There is pressure on the retina and nerves, which can cause difficulty vision. This is called “satellite cells syndrome”. This problem is often done for astronauts and increased when it remains for a long time.

Effect on the heart

In space, the heart does not have to work hard to pump blood, so its size may be a little smaller. When the passengers return, their heart is weak and the blood flow is not true. This can make the heartbeat irregular and increase the risk of heart disease.

A new search for diabetes
In this task, Shubhanshu Shukla and his team will work on a diabetes experience. This experiment will be seen whether people who rely on insulin can travel in future space. For this, fixed glucose monitoring (CGM) will be used, so that the sugar level in space can be made.
