Baghpat in Uttar Pradesh became a witness to the Mahabharata Kaliyug where a woman married a young man named Danish from Khiwai village in Meerut on October 24. The girl said that within a few days of marriage, her husband started harassing her over the dowry. She and her family members were subjected to daily abuse, beatings and mental harassment. The woman says her husband was addicted to alcohol and gambling. When he was drunk, he often hit her.
The situation got worse, as the husband put his wife to the stake in gambling.
According to the victim, the situation became worse when her husband put her on the line after losing money gambling. The woman said that after that many people abused her. She told her that eight people had raped her, and that she was able to identify some of them. According to him, these people include Umesh Gupta, Monu and Anshul from Ghaziabad.
Members of the husband’s family also committed atrocities
The woman also alleged that her husband’s family members were also involved in the atrocities. She told that her brother-in-law, Shahid, raped her. Shokin, her sister-in-law’s husband, also forced himself on her. She even said that her father-in-law, Yameen, misbehaved with her and threatened her, saying: “You did not bring dowry, so you have to obey everything we say.”
The fetus falls into the womb due to assault
The victim told the media that she had to face a lot of torture in recent months, which led to the deterioration of her condition. She said that the fighting became so intense that she miscarried her pregnancy. He allegedly had acid poured on his feet, and one day he was thrown into the river with the intention of killing him. But passers-by saw him and saved his life.
He appealed to the police for help
The woman says that the defendants are now threatening her and her family by withdrawing the case. She constantly seeks help from the police and administration so that she and her family can have security. A complaint has been filed in this regard, and the police are investigating.
