On Wednesday, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) issued an alert to heavy rains and thunderstorms throughout Maharashtra state. Red is now warning in Mumbai’s provinces, Thin, Al -Baar, Reagad, and Ratnagiri, who are expected to precipitate very heavy rains alongside strong stormy winds.

According to the data issued by the Disaster Management Department in Maharashtra, six people have lost their lives and flood -related issues during the past 24 hours in the state.
