Three years ago, Magdalena was climbing Mount Manaslu in Nepal, the eighth highest peak in the world, at 8,163 metres. During their journey, they set up camp at 6,600 meters and slept.
The video captures the moment when Magdalena woke up early in the morning to discover a snow storm outside. The sight was alarming because it only consisted of the snowy mountain, the other tents, and the raging blizzard. The possibility of an avalanche at such a moment posing a serious threat, potentially burying and killing everyone present, hence the terrifying nature of the sight.
