It is not uncommon for Indian street food to go outside. The bold flavor, unique groups and vibrant width always dazzle food lovers around the world. As such, one of the influencers decided to eat Indian street only in New York, and review it on social media.

Karissa Dumbacher, a New York dining blog, faced the challenge of eating Indian food only for a full day, starting with the pedal of the cheese from Madras Dosa Co, which used the “Italian flour that moisturizes 80 %” which constitutes a very light dos. Dosa, full of cheese and meat, showed a price of $ 18 (600 rupees). Dumbacher gave her 9/10, saying that she was experienced and delicious, with special greetings to the preferred-Coconut Chutney.

I also tried the canteal chicken sandwich, which was “three layers of toast stuffed with cheese and laxative chicken.” However, she classified it 7.5/10, saying it might have been a lot of bread. The sandwich came with fresh and hot sauces, although it preferred the latter.

Then some Buri Buri from Disi Ghali in New York for $ 10 (880 rupees), which she described as “exploding in your mouth with a flavor.” It classified it 8/10, describing this food on the street as “the most satisfied thing ever.” She also tried her award -winning roll in “Most Soft butter”. It gave her higher signs, saying it was “super cheese and rich in these soft spices, which made the perfect breakfast cover.”

As her last option, she tried Dhokla Chaat for $ 11 (970 rupees), adding that it was the first time that the dish tasted. “Such a soft, soft cake that deceives it in this generous yogurt sauce, the mint sauce and the strain sauce, is just fruit and sweet.” She gave her 7/10, describing Dhokla as a “cake”.

While her video has definitely left online mouths, some viewers also highlighted the differences between authentic Indian street food and international adaptations. “It looks amazing. Although dos is a better vegetarian with potatoes and peas. This looks like a merger spot,” said one of the users.

Another user said, “Perhaps it was the first time that I heard a person referring to Dhokla as a cake,” said another user. A third person wrote, “A brilliant success! Indian food is very underestimated.”

The other Internet user commented: “Dhokla is steamed, not bread, so if you have dry, then someone did wrong.”
