Writer Arundi Roy again in the titles and the reason is her new book, “Mother Mary Combs Lee”. There is a dispute over the cover of his new book. A lawyer lifted PIL (PIL) in the Kerala Upper State Court. They are calling for the sale of Arundhati Roy. The reason is a picture of the writer on the cover of the book, where I was seen drinking my hand. No warning against smoking has been carried out with this image.

However, there is another image on the cover behind this book – where the elderly are narrated and where besi is. The owner of the petition says that this is a violation of Article 5 of the Cigarette and Tobacco Products Act 2003 (prohibition of advertising and business regulation). This stream says:
A person cannot announce the production, distribution or distribution of tobacco products.
There is no means (like a book) that can have a direct or indirect spread of cigarettes or tobacco.

They say that the cover image is the “intellectual ego” and it is a direct or indirect advertisement.

What does the law say?

The law contains the definition of advertising: There is no notice, circular, poster, envelope, or other visible documents, or any advertisement made of light, sound, smoke, or gas.

Definition of cigarettes: Any roll of tobacco that resembles cigarettes from appearance, candidate or packaging. But it does not include Bidi, Core and Cigar. Young Roy was seen drinking cigarettes on the cover of the book.
