The Indian origin of Gaurav Chintamneedi, who works as an Amazon operating commander in the United States, led to a tendon with many on LinkedIn after his frankness in his transfer from university to the world of companies.

Chintamneedi, who obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications and Companies from Chapman University, has published a heart message entitled, “You did not reach the college; the transition is difficult and this is good.” Soon the viral post went on the platform.

He started remembering his expectations: “When I first arrived at DMV, I imagined that I would live the dream in the early twenties-the same as that we see on TV or romantic on social media. I imagined myself working in 9-5, holding drinks with co-workers after work, hitting conversations on the wings on the Internet. Skills.”

But the reality was completely different. Gaurav participated that he worked routinely from 50 to 60 hours a week, and sometimes wakes early from 3 in the morning to “opening offenses”. Weekends were consumed in additional time, and his few rare days spent recovery.

“I found myself lying down in bed, as it flourishes on Instagram, drained from six consecutive days of work … Make new contacts in a new city was not as easy as I hope. I even started wondering: Have you done in the college?”

Instead of complaining, Goraf presented perspective and solidarity. “This post is not a complaint – it is a confession. Because I know that the struggle with this transition is very normal.”

He admitted that he is still missing the college and sometimes manipulating the old pictures. But when he reached the post -graduation sign, he began to reformulate the experiment:

“No, although I feel it, this year has not been lost time. A year has passed since the progress that includes perseverance, self -realization, and redefining the purpose … adapting to a new society and lifestyle takes time. At the end of the day, it is the skill of life now in the future.”

GAURAV also offered three practical “mental transformations” to help new graduates:

  1. Acceptance of that college has ended– This is good. This lifestyle will not return, but this does not mean that the best days are not at the forefront. Life can still be satisfactory, exciting and growing.
  2. Glory is everything. Performing gratitude daily. It keeps you on the ground and reminds you of good – even in the most difficult days.
  3. Progress is progress. Just because last year was not like the previous four years of the university, it does not mean that you reached its climax in the college. It takes time to control, and although life has become more similar to the routine, it has made a lot of progress by sticking to it during the past year.

The response to the Gorif function was very positive. One of the users praised his advice, wrote: “I love to be cultivated and advice G! As I said, the twenties are undoubtedly a difficult time for many of us … I really grew a lot last year.”

Another commented: “Exactly what you need to hear! You are wonderful, g!”

“Thank you for publishing this! This was very encouraging, especially since I just graduated a few weeks ago!” Another user wrote.
