In an interesting story from London, a man lives in a small apartment significantly in the prestigious Kinsington region, surrounded by millionaires and commitment. Cesar Mandez, 47, from Tenervi, lives in a flat of only 11.7 square meters, and he pays 1400 pounds (about 1.5 rupees for Cham) per month.

The apartment was originally used as a guard store, and the apartment has been converted into a small but well -defined residence. The main site, near Hyde Park and the Natural History Museum, adds a great value to the property, which is estimated at 250,000 pounds (about 2.7 rupees).

Cesar is appreciated by the neighborhood, referring to the repeated scenes of members of the royal family, including King Charles, Prince William and Queen Camilla. Despite its size, the apartment site is believed to be perfect.

“Hyde Park is only five minutes away, and the Natural History Museum is close. I also see members of the royal family passing through. Seeing all this, I feel I chose the right place,” Cesar said.

However, living in such a small space comes with challenges. Cesar admits the difficulty of maintaining hygiene due to the lack of a limited clothing washing machine and storage. He feeds on the tension of the relationship due to the narrow conditions and the ongoing need for rest.

“If I have a girlfriend, we will fight all the time because there is no space-and without cleaning, this is an exciting reason,” he said jokingly. “I am not tall, so there is no objection, but everything should be in place.”

The apartment is currently on the market for 230,000 pounds, with potential buyers showing. The current owner, Nick Minz, whose mother once lived in the apartment, spent six months there and hosted a party.

Despite the imminent sale, Cesar hopes to stay in the apartment, proud of his unique magic and its main location. He said, “It is small, but it is perfect for me. The site and the atmosphere makes it special.”
