In a horrific incident, four men escaped from Northhampton’s Indian Restaurant without paying the bill for nearly 200 pounds, which sparked a chase of the employees. The accident, which was seized on CCTV, shows the group that arrives at Saffron Restaurant at 10.11 pm on August 4.
According to a later posted bill on Facebook, the group consumed a 197.30 pounds of £ 197.30, which included a selection of curry, cutting lamb, and other dishes.
Northhamptonchier police confirmed that they were investigating the accident.
In a Facebook post, they said: “This type of behavior is not just a theft, as it affects the small business and our local society.”
The publication sparked a wave of mixed interactions online. “If you cannot bear it, then eat at home! Why are people lazy these days?” One user said.
The other added: “This is why you pass a card before sitting. They don’t seem to be able to withstand the costs of McDonald’s, and do not care about a restaurant of 200 pounds.”
