A very traumatic incident has come to light from Indore, where an attempt to feed an elephant led to the death of an auto driver. Within a few seconds, this moment of love turned into screaming. The elephant suddenly became out of control and attacked the car driver in such a way that the seriously injured person died during treatment. The entire incident was captured by a CCTV camera installed nearby, the video of which is now going viral on social media.
The elephant became angry after being fed jaggery
This incident took place at Rajnagar in Chandan Nagar police station area of Indore. The deceased has been identified as 49-year-old Vijay Laxmanrao Holkar, who was an auto-rickshaw driver by profession. According to information, some sadhus reached Indore with an elephant from Ujjain to participate in an auspicious program for the Jain community. The elephant was present in Rajnagar around 4.30 pm on Saturday evening. Meanwhile, Vijay reached the elephant and started feeding it jaggery. Then suddenly the elephant got angry and wrapped Vijay in his trunk and threw him forcefully on the ground.

He put his foot on his chest and died in the hospital.
According to eyewitnesses, after he dropped Vijay, the elephant also stamped on his chest, seriously injuring him. People nearby somehow freed him from the elephant’s clutches and immediately took him to the district hospital. When his condition became critical, he was transferred to MY Hospital, but his family transferred him to a private hospital, where he died during treatment. An atmosphere of mourning spreads across the entire region as a result of this tragic incident.

Here, Chandan Nagar police have charted a course in the case and started investigation.
