He rejected a job offer of Rs 32 lakh per annum in Gurugram and decided to stay in Bengaluru. He says that psychological peace, security, and a sense of belonging are more important to him than a big salary. Sneha Priya shared a video on her Instagram account, in which two rainbows appear together in the Bengaluru sky. Along with this video, he wrote that today he had to go to Gurugram to start a new chapter of his life and leave Bengaluru, but he decided to stay here. Once he made this decision, Bengaluru removed all his doubts by showing him two rainbows, he wrote.

In her post, Sneha wrote something that caught people’s attention on social media. He wrote that sometimes the best career decision is not to accept the offer of a higher salary, but to choose peace of mind. Because of this one line, his post began to spread very quickly and thousands of people responded to it. Sneha said the biggest reason for turning down the job in Gurugram was concern for her safety. He said that while studying at IIT Roorkee, he had to go to Delhi-NCR several times. His experiences during those trips were not good. For this reason, despite receiving such a huge salary, he decided not to move there.
