2: Fry the flour well
Heat the ghee in a pan, add the wheat flour to it and fry it over low heat. When the flour starts to turn light golden in color and starts to smell, you know it is ready.
3: Mixture of dry fruits and gum
Now add the ground gum, almonds, cashews, dry coconut, poppy seeds and cardamom powder to the toasted flour and mix well. This way, you’ll get an even taste of everything in every bite.
4: Add jaggery
Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool slightly. After that, add the grated parsley and continue stirring. Due to the heat of the mixture, the jaggery will slowly melt and mix well with the rest of the ingredients.
5: Prepare laddu
Apply some ghee to your hands and make medium sized laddoos while the mixture is still warm. After it cools completely, store it in an airtight container.
